Lung capacity is increased by proper breathing. If we breathe improperly, then we do not have the capacity to receive a certain dose of oxygen that allows us to have normal functioning of the mind, proper direction of thoughts, good sleep, concentration, memory, focus and energy.
In order to breathe properly, we need to learn it. With the breathing technique, we affirm that lung capacity enables health, calming the nervous system and harmony between body and mind.
If we increase the volume of the lungs, we also increase the capacity of life.
It's the same with happiness.
In order to have the ability to rejoice in other people's happiness, we must first realize how much joy exist in this world. Given that the mind works in such a way that it reacts automatically, it happens that when we see a person who is more beautiful than us, more successful, younger or richer, a feeling of lack is created in the body. Often envy and jealousy. The first thought that comes to mind is in the form of a question. Why don't I have it? How come he or she has it and not me? Then, in a chain, jealousy appears and is often accompanied by vanity. If, on the other hand, we choose a different reaction and change our perception, we open ourselves up to the possibility and increase our capacity to receive blessings for creating our own happiness. Each person has both sides. We all carry that sin by the very fact that we are humans. Which side has more dominance, depends on family, environment, experiences and personal struggle with ourselves. Will we choose the "easier", worse, foreign, often more familiar to mind or the other where goodness and nobility want to overpower it?
By practicing proper breathing, we think better, we provide the brain with energy that increases the capacity of brain waves, and then it further sends a signal to the heart, which spreads love. Thus the capacity of love increases towards life. In order to love more, we have to get rid of the old patterns that tell us that there is not enough love, abundance, joy and happiness for everyone. We need to accept that everything is there, and rejoice without fear of losing that good thing.
When we feel more love, it occurs a stronger desire for giving.
Love spreads like a plague, when sincere joy gives it an example.
Let the desire for a stronger breath of life be just a motive that every person deserves to experience it.
